The lads were great! My lock had failed and jammed and I was unable to lock or unlock my house. They came out within the hour, super friendly and knowledgeable, sorted it all out for me and came in at a really reasonable price! Definitely would recommend

Great same day service. My composite ABS door lock seized so the front door could not be locked. I called Fletchers, and Layton arrived within an hour. He tried a few things to get the lock working, but identified the best solution would be a new lock. He fitted a temporary lock, to allow me to leave the house, which was appreciated. A couple of hours later he called, to let me know he had sourced a new lock and to check I'd be in so he could fit it. He came round and fitted the replacement lock all within about 4-5 hours from the initial call. He explained the potential cause of the lock seizure was using WD40, rather than a lubricant like GT85, which I'll use on all my door and window locks in the future. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and did a good job. I'd definitely recommend Fletchers Locksmith & Safe Co.

Layton and Paul came out on an emergency call out tonight and Layton had us into our house within 5 minutes. After being stood outside in the cold for 2 hours they worked quickly. We appreciate the help and would 100% recommend these guys!

An excellent service in a shared block of nine apartments.

Fletchers attended to renew front and rear main building locks addressing long standing issues in both the locks and door alignment.

Additionally they carried out some private work for several owners, to a high standard at a competitive price.

They remain our local locksmith of choice.
